One Night in London on our way back home...

A few of us wanted to go into town to eat, a few to see some famous sights. All were happy. Nick used the ATM.

Toy Machine in RUSSIA Mega-Post

Moscow made a great first impression. The traffic flows freely, and cars barely stop at lights. Bill Marks transforms himself like a Phoenix from the flames... We skated this spot where the train that brought the dead Lenin to Moscow is housed. Apparently, the place has been closed down and forgotten for 15 years! This is what the Simpsons Movie posters look like in Russia. These were some obstacles that kids skated in their local street contest. The women dress up 24-7 in Russia, and many of them are beautiful. This was on the inside of our hotel door. And this was the building across from our hotel. It felt like Las Vegas. This was the course we skated for our demo in Moscow. It was for sure designed by BMXer's. It sucks that the indoor park was charging too much money to hold the demo there, but we still tore this park a new one. Asses were signed, of course. Josh hurt his foot and couldn't walk. Extended Coverage: RUSSIA

TRAIN RIDE FROM ST. PETERSBURG TO MOSCOW... We started out for the train station as the sun was setting... At the station we unloaded and slowly leaked to the tracks... Everyone stocked up on drinks for the overnight train. These people started talking to us. The atmosphere was festive. Pasha's girlfreind was making vodka and Coke's for people. She was drinking some sort of alcohol every time I saw her, morning, noon, or night! Deanna and Ed were train buddies with Josh and Austin. Kevin did pull-ups at our door. Keeping you up to date with David

Our newest am came by the warehouse last week to raid the warehouse. Not only did he get regular skateboards he needed a refill on tech decks and ramps. He has been skating non stop on Circa and RVCA trips as of late so the tech decks pass time well.

Demo and signing photos

There was a Dekline demo and signing on Saturday and I was there to document it. Thanks to all the kids that showed up and You Join skate shop for making it all happen. heres the scene at the park when i rolled up. nothing too crazy but the place got packed quick. I dont really know how hot it was outside but I'm pretty sure it was in the 130's or something. This is the only shaded area. Gareth couldn't skate because he's still hurt but signed plenty of autographs for the kiddies. Melcher relaxing in the shade haha yeah not to many people have anything for this thing. The tech area. York where you at? After the demo or skate with the kids whatever you want to call it, there was a signing at You Join. Ball drove his bike. Nick McLouth and Matt Ball enjoy the air condition after the skate session. Melcher doing the autograph thing Matt, Owen, and Gareth You Join had a good selection of Foundation boards. Zarosh was in the house. Sporting a not so common haircut. The mandatory team shot. Notice how I take more photos inside when its air conditioned then I do when its 175 degrees outside. We support McDonalds. I hope Ronald see's this and hooks us up with some free burgers and stuff. After a 2 hour signing went on the team broke out. And I was there to capture the moment. Yep still lurking outside the shop after the signing. And then Melcher moved 5 feet and I documented it for you. Booyah! "Hey Zarosh you should try to handstand on a skateboard and roll off the curb..." "ok let me empty my pockets first" do you think he made it??? stay tuned to find out

Russian strange nights...

The restaurant we were taken to had a dance floor above it with a glass floor. Since all the girls were too smart to dance over it in their mini-skirts, Diego went up and gave us a dance... The painter who painted this painting needs to pick less famous people for his reference photos...

Day Two in RUSSIA, it got even crazier!

This was a scene from our demo. Need I say more? WTF? One our way to the demo, We sang Karaoke because the van had some weird microphone hookup. Josh did Velvet Underground... Then Mike Burnett did the Smiths' This is Josh performing the 'product toss' part of the demo. The skatepark went all out, and made special VIP passes for the VIP's It is safe to say that anything we do here is well covered. After our demo, we had a signing at a separate place. These are the kids waiting out front... One kid brought us a bootleg 'Good and Evil' cover. Bumming. Johnny and Nick were throwing game at two ladies who lurked up the signing.

Day one in RUSSIA, directly to crazy...

This is the epic new square we skated under the watchful eye of Lenin. People were everywhere, and skater kids flocked to us immediately when we got there. It was Kevin's birthday, which he spent in 3 different countries: Sweden, Denmark, and Russia. Getting 'Happy Birthday' sung to you in St. Petersburg, Russia? Epic. This is one of the people that flocked to us. Johnny obliged her strange request. (reminder: you need not get your boobs out for an autograph) Diego eats a Russian specialty, Borscht. Diego puts a bear in a sleeper hold, wrestling him into submission... Johnny was talking up women who kept smiling at him... At the end of our first day in St. Petersburg.

Demo in Malmo, Sweden - the place rules...

This is Billy killing the demo. Nick T did about 45 different tricks down the stairs. This is Mikael... And his pal, Jesper, they had their bags stolen, along with their signed posters. So we hooked them up with some new ones. Diego checking out the awesome cement park, and bumming because his knees are still screwed. Josh and Billy sign autographs for some skaters. This kid was our biggest fan in Malmo!!! I want to thank Frederik, Hazze, and Stefan for taking GREAT care of us, you all rule!

Pig Wheels welcomes to the team the San Diego Police Department. This cop car had a pig sticker on his ticket book. Maybe if you rock pig wheels or stickers atleast they will be less likely to give you a ticket. Now we have something in common.

Boredom at the train station. We had a handstand contest. This is what the Simpson's movie poster looks like in Germany. Josh enjoyes a mailbox in Denmark. Gross! Only you would think that after seeing this. Only Nick would think that after seeing this. I put this up just to hype up Deigo...

Copenhagen, Denmark

We went to Tivoli, an amusement park in the middle of downtown. Mike and Austin rode the swings. Their hair was fried afterward. This was Diego and Mike's shot from the 'Demon' roller-coaster. But unfortunately, Fashion Week was going on in town, and all our Distro could get us was a freaking Hostel. 6 people to a room, no AC, no phone, no internet, no soap, no trash can. It was hot as hell last night!

Koln - Hamburg - Ferry & Train to Denmark...

Kevin cleans the wax out our proverbial ears. Later that day he did his favorite Chriss Angel, MINDFREAK impression. We drove to Hamburg, and immediately some kids sighted Josh and came over for some souvenir photos with him. Nick got left behind at the hotel in Hamburg, and left us a note stickered to a car... which ended with this. While Nick got left, we were out in Hamburg's red-light district. Not because we are horn-dogs, but because our hotel was right in the middle of it. Diego gives a thumbs down to this poster. Then laughs at some funny food items in the window... Burnett got some pointy finger ice-cream that brought his beautiful eyes out. It was good for pointing out tight buns. On the ferry into Denmark, the hot food item was these hot dogs. Although the Butcher could not barbeque it himself, he still ate the crap out of one. Finally off the boat... And down the gangway! But boredom set in quickly. We had a two hour wait for the train to Copenhagen. This was the station... It was small and desolate...

Foundation has been busy

Nuge has been busy moving into his new house in LA. Gareth has been lending a hand in the yard work that needs to be done. Look for a web exclusive interview with Nuge on the Thrasher site this month. Featuring board giveaways of his pro model "Fought The Law". Ever since X games last week Corey has stayed in San Diego. Handling business at Hoven, Osiris and Tum Yeto. Showing us all his part for the upcoming Osiris video "Feed The Need". Corey's interview is wrapped up and will be in the next Thrasher October issue. Abdias has been traveling non stop with Circa lately. After a 2 week stay in Europe he is now back in his hometown Tampa, FL. Look for a article soon on his adventures in Europe. Heard it got a bit crazy. Sierra has also been on the Circa trips with Abdias. Now in Montana with his family enjoying the pro nod that we gave him. Look for Sierra's boards in a skate shop near you the end of this month.

Toy Machine Hits Amsterdam!!!

A beautiful city. It was Nick, Johnny, Matt, Josh, and Kevin's first time. We trolled the red-light district, window shopping for humans. The distributor had special Billiard Balls made up for the party after the demo. Our demo was in a GREAT park suspended up inside a giant warehouse. The kids didn't seem to like us, and not one asked for an autograph. Oh well, we had fun skating anyway.
