Biochemical Butch
If you're a true skate dweeb you'll recognize this pic from an article in 411 involving Toy Machine. Diego, Josh, and Austin were milling about the Berkley park (which was built on top of toxic waste, I believe), when Jake Phelps (Thrasher Editor) and Mark Gonzales (mythic skateboard hero) showed up. Inspired by either Gonz's legend or Phelps' maddness, the Butcher took to the air, and John Bradford was right there to catch it.

Transworld sucks now 'cause it got bought out by Time-Warner 4 or 5 years ago... I knew it would happen. Too bad. It was a good magazine until about 2002.

Johnny Layton is turning pro in like january or febuary. Transoworld probably said he was because that is the febuary issue, meant to be read in febuary.

Yeah what ever happened to Elissa Steamer? I remember watching her do something on this straight ledge and busting her face at the end of her part in Welcome to Hell or Jump Off a Building or something like that. Laughed my ass off. By the way The Butcher is friggin' awsome.
