East 4th in long beach doesn't have lurk fest. I made sure to tell all the shops around here to get it in stock, but they didn't seem to care..

obviously its not suppose to be a turtle boy version of billy because billy doesn't have a beer belly or where cut off pants (or maybe he does) its just a turtle boy mimicking billy's style. sorta goes along with the "Can I have your life?" thing.
