do they actually build an amazing concrete park and demolish it after the contest is over? toy machine should maybe consider boycotting something like that? not to be preachy, at all, but you know what i mean. why don't they build a park in some community that needs it, have the contest, and then LEAVE the park there? would that make too much sense?

But there's also the problem of a poor community not being able to take care of it,but still, dude, sick idea.

i know this might be a little off topic, but in the footage ofe the maloof cup i saw kirchart in the background. I started to think of the last time i saw that guy grind a rail, probably not since his Foundation days. For years now he's just but destroying rails with slides. Anyone have any thoughts as to why that might be? Nice feeble by Billy, by the way.

Yeah ben i totally agree with that. After i heard of them tearing down the parks that just hit me straight in the heart. They should talk to the city about leaving the park for the community. Maybe even the city can help sponsor the event and donate some money into making the park.. Idk it's just sad that they tear them down..

i agree that they shouldn't tear down the park, but its also unrealistic to think that you could just put that somewhere and leave it for kids to skate. if you left a park of that caliber in some community kids would be getting broken off wayyyy too hard. this might sound stupid but that thing is designed to be skated by more or less only the best skaters, most people out their could not step to that thing

Let me also agree.
It would make WAY too much sense to build the park in an area that needs it and leave it there.
But, I think it boils down to money and location for the event.
Like, hey! Kids without a skatepark, check this out... and fuck you.
That's what it's like.

i dont understand why bill marks always wears his shirts inside out

something i just thought of, since leaving that particular park for kids to skate is never gonna happen, maybe the Maloof's should chose a few city's around the country and build parks that they aren't going to tear down.

It is Jimmy Carlin Not Silas Baxter O'Neal next to billy. YOU ARE OUT OF TOUCH

Upon inspection, I realize that it is Silas in the background that you are talking about. Not Jimmy sitting next to Bill. I am an idiot.
